My vision for Diversity MBA Magazine is a globally-relevant publication, focusing on issues and opportunities for minority professionals, and strongly supporting inclusive corporate policies.

Diversity MBA Magazine will view the minority professional holistically:

• Recognizing our rising stars;

• Supporting inclusive organizations;

• Mediating the life-work conflicts;

• Developing the tools for professional success; and

• Providing timely analysis of the issues that may hold us back or propel us forward

My vision—and my life—are about the strategic, moral, and material benefits of diversity. As publisher, I will direct Diversity MBA Magazine to approach these topics from a variety of angles and strive for insights that benefit our readership.
